PRIVACY POLICY

 

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect

personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically

receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including

your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell

your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets

Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software

available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal

information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot

be read over the internet.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the customized nature of the products we sell, there are no refunds, unless we make

an error in decorating your product, meaning that the product you receive does not have the

same decoration as the art you approved to be placed on your garment or promotional item.

Your order must be reveiwed within 48 hours of receiving the custom decorated product. 

Should an item be mis-printed it takes 30 days to process the refund after approval.  The approval

would come as the result of the customer shipping the mis-printed merchandise to City Wide Promotions

and examined by our team for errors.  Upon approval the customer will be issured an RA number to ship the 

merchandise to City Wide Promotions, this must be completed within 3 business days of receiving the shipping label.

Upon receipt of the mis printed goods we will verify the quantity of the goods and issue a refund on your credit card.

If upon examining your merchandise please call 855.984.1535 immediately with any discrepancies.


Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out in time to meet your in hands date.  Normal production can be anywhere

from 7 - 14 business unless your product is being produced overseas which make take 30 to 60 days for production. 

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that

may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) ,

FedEx.  or courier service.  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the

following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding

holidays.  If you require express or 2 day shipping, it will be indicated on your invoice.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

Shipping costs are determined at the time that the quote or invoice is issued and is based on the

weight of the product and distance between the manufacturer and delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state

orders  (Maryland) will be charged 6% sales tax, unless your organization is tax exempt.
